About
One licensed lawyer, accountable for everything the firm puts its name to.
CorpJurist is a law firm in Bangkok built for SMEs and startups. The tools handle the repeatable part, so the cover is fast. The lawyer is accountable for what comes out. Software follows. The lawyer leads the way.
The lawyer
Parin Kienthong (ปริญ เคียนทอง)
Attorney-at-law, Lawyers Council of Thailand · CorpJurist Co., Ltd. · Bangkok, Thailand
Tim has practised Thai law for 14 years, across startup investment, intellectual property, labour and contracts work, for foreign companies operating in Thailand and for Thai SMEs. He is admitted by the Lawyers Council of Thailand and signs every opinion, filing and document the firm delivers.
He also builds the firm's software. Corpila, the compliance platform, and the firm's trademark clearance engine are his designs, written so that the routine part of legal work runs on rails and the judgement stays with a lawyer.
The firm
Built by people who run a business, not just bill one.
CorpJurist Co., Ltd. is a Thai limited company. We have lived the cashflow gap, the co-founder fallout, the deal that nearly died over a single word. So when we protect your company, we protect it the way we protect our own.
The work is scoped and quoted before it starts. There is no hourly meter just to ask a question. Fixed-scope fixes for what is urgent now, software to manage the day to day, and a lawyer on call when a matter needs one.
What we publish
Every article is written and reviewed by the lawyer whose name is on it.
The Knowledge Center carries long-form articles on Thai trademark, corporate, labour and contract law, in English and Thai. Each one is written from live practice, reviewed by Parin Kienthong before it goes up, and carries the date it was last reviewed. Where an article uses a real dispute as its example, the contested facts are attributed to the reporting, not stated as our own findings.
The articles are general information about Thai law. They are not legal advice for your situation, and reading them does not make you a client. When you need advice, talk to us.
