Privacy Notice
1Who we are
CorpJurist Co., Ltd. is a law firm in Bangkok, Thailand. For the personal data described here, we are the data controller. Contact: info@corpjurist.com.
2What we collect
- Details you submit through our contact forms, our free assessment, or send to our mailboxes: your name, contact details, and the content of your enquiry or answers.
- If you request one of our guides or checklists: your name and email address.
- How the website is used: which pages are visited, the referring page, approximate location, device and browser type, and page performance. We use two analytics services: a privacy-preserving service that sets no cookies, and Google Analytics, which sets first-party cookies carrying a pseudonymous identifier so repeat visits can be recognised. Neither is used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
- If you become a client: the information needed to run your matter, which can include identification documents and, depending on the matter, sensitive categories such as health data in an injury claim.
3What you must provide
Enquiring is entirely voluntary. If you engage us, some information is required, by law (identity verification) or because we cannot act without it (the facts and documents of your matter). If it is not provided, we may be unable to accept or continue the engagement.

5AI-assisted processing, and its limits
We use AI tools operated by our service providers to help classify incoming messages, track deadlines, and prepare drafts. Every client communication is reviewed, approved, and sent personally by a licensed Thai lawyer. No AI system sends you anything, makes a decision about you, or gives you legal advice.
6Where your data is stored
Form submissions and download requests are stored in a secure database operated by our service providers, and a copy is kept on the firm's own systems in Thailand. Transactional email (for example, the acknowledgement you receive after the assessment) is delivered through an email service provider.
7Transfers outside Thailand
Our service providers — website hosting and database, email delivery, analytics, and AI tools — process data on infrastructure outside Thailand. These transfers are made under appropriate contractual safeguards binding each provider to confidentiality, security, and non-use of your data for its own purposes; our AI providers are additionally prohibited from training AI models on it.
8Who else receives data
No one, except: service providers under the safeguards above; courts, registries, and authorities where your matter requires filings; and counterparties where your instructions require correspondence. We never sell or share personal data for marketing.
9How long we keep it
Enquiries and download requests that do not become engagements: 12 months. Client matter files: 10 years after the matter closes, reflecting professional-duty and limitation-period requirements. Website usage statistics are kept in aggregate form.
10Your rights
You may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent (withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out). Write to info@corpjurist.com, a lawyer handles these requests personally. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC), Thailand.
11Confidentiality
If you are or become a client, everything above operates inside lawyer-client confidentiality, which is stricter than data-protection law and is never reduced by it.
