Most companies run their employment paperwork from a template someone found online, a shared drive, and a printed page passed around for signatures. Nobody is sure the template is right, and nobody can find the signed copy when it matters.
Corpila replaces that with one system: employment documents drafted to Thai labour law by CorpJurist's lawyers, filled in and edited in the app, routed for approval, signed electronically, and kept with an audit certificate anyone can verify. Access is set per person, so HR, managers and directors each see what is theirs.

Start from an employment document drafted to Thai labour law by CorpJurist's lawyers, fill in the particulars, and edit it inside Corpila.
2. Approve it inside the company
Route the document to the people who need to sign off. Roles and access are set per person, so the right people see the right work.
3. Sign it, keep the record
Sign electronically with an identity check, designed for the Electronic Transactions Act. Every signed document carries an audit certificate and a verification page. When the document is not enough, request a lawyer from the same screen.

When does Corpila launch?

Does Corpila replace my lawyer?
No. It takes the routine off your desk: the documents, the approvals, the signatures and the record. Judgment calls, negotiations and disputes still belong with a lawyer, which is why requesting one from CorpJurist is built into the app.
What will it cost?
Pricing will be announced at launch. Pilot users hear it first.
