Common questions
Should my contracts be in Thai or English?
Both can work. It depends on who's signing, where enforcement would happen, and what any regulator needs to see. For many businesses a bilingual contract with a clear prevailing-language clause is the practical answer. We'll tell you what fits your case.
Can you review a contract I've already signed?
Yes, and it's often worth doing. You'll know exactly where you stand, what your exit options are, and what to fix in the next version.
What's wrong with the template I downloaded?
Maybe nothing. But most were drafted for a different deal under a different country's law, and the gaps don't show until there's a dispute. A review is a lot cheaper than finding out in court.
